Hours and Fees:
Flat-rate: $75 – $150/hour (minimum 8 hours total per month). Includes:
Moxa Therapy | Steam Therapy | Postpartum Comfort Measures | Breastfeeding Support.
We require a community centered introductory class ‘The Essentials to Sustainable Postpartum Education’ for all parents that desire to retain our signature services. In this required class we will discuss the range of services we can provide beginning with a personalized CARE Plan that is right for you and your family. This class is $20 for couples and FREE for single moms.
After you take the required class, you will receive a packet, with a set of agreements which I will ask you to fill out to the best of your knowledge, scan, email, or fax back to me, signed, within 2 weeks. The agreements are simple and straight-forward and are not legally-binding.
Agreements are signed so that both parties are in complete agreement about expectations of the type and length of the services being requested of me as your practitioner.
I also ask for a retainer/deposit of $600 (8 hours of service, no less than 2 hours per visit), which is fully refundable if you must cancel before the birth of your baby.
Are my services covered by your health insurance?
Most insurance companies do not cover postpartum services. If you have an HSA/FSA health care savings card / flex spending account, you can use that to pay for services. Payment can also be made by cash, check or credit card. Ask about out PAY IT FORWARD program to help us make our services accessible to needy families.

Have you planned your “Baby Moon” – Together we will spend plenty of time planning your postpartum experience during the prenatal period.
How many hours per week can you book services?
We provide a maximum of 20 hours per week for up to 3 months.
This is variable for each mother, family and situation. At our initial consultation we create your very own personal CARE Plan. This will help us to determine what your ideal experience will be in a fun, creative, and therapeutic way. This way we can get specific about your postpartum goals and identify with your perspectives of our unique services. As the lead CARE Plan coordinator, I am here to create a positive relationship between you and the CARE team. So together we can identify any blocks and design your Sustainable Support Plan to help you and your partner discover the joys of parenthood.
My work hours are variable to make sure that I am able to sustain my own family. I am a wife, mother of small children, and small business owner.
So when we have our 1st visit, soon after birth, I come to help get you on the right track with your breastfeeding journey, gently and effectively.
The Grand Tour
During the introductory interview, a house tour is helpful to get an idea of the environment. Meeting with the family before the birth, in your own home, helps the older siblings and other family that may live in the home, get to InTune to our routine before the baby(s) is born is ideal, but not necessary. Children often enjoy being the leader of the house-tour.
